Key Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze F&B costs, generating monthly statements and variance reports.
  • Conduct market surveys to secure best‑value purchasing and verify supplier pricing.
  • Oversee receiving and storage, enforcing rotation, quality, and expiry‑date controls.
