Food & Beverage Controller (Arusha)
Drive cost efficiency across purchasing, storage, and menu engineering for all F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze F&B costs, generating monthly statements and variance reports.
- Conduct market surveys to secure best‑value purchasing and verify supplier pricing.
- Oversee receiving and storage, enforcing rotation, quality, and expiry‑date controls.
- Partner with Culinary & Finance teams on portion control, menu pricing, and waste reduction.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile bar & kitchen stock levels.
Commi Chef (Arusha)
Support senior chefs in producing high‑quality dishes and maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items to exacting hotel standards.
- Keep workstation spotless and adhere to strict food‑safety and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate mise en place and day‑to‑day tasks with the Sous Chef and team.
- Embrace continuous learning, mastering new recipes and techniques.
- Assist with stock checks, report shortages, and maintain kitchen equipment.
Barman / Bartender (Moshi)
Create inventive cocktails and deliver engaging service in our vibrant bar & lounge.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a wide variety of beverages to brand standards and presentation.
- Engage guests with menu suggestions and maintain an inviting bar atmosphere.
- Ensure bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked; manage inventory and requisitions.
- Follow cash‑handling procedures and balance receipts at shift end.
- Promote responsible alcohol service, uphold liquor regulations, and drive upselling initiatives.
Electrical Technician (Arusha)
Maintain and optimize the hotel’s electrical infrastructure and industrial‑grade equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, circuits, lighting, generators, and HVAC controls.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new electrical systems; recommend upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and address hazards.
- Provide on‑call support for electrical emergencies and mentor junior technicians.
